How do I get my product after purchase?

Instantly. The moment your payment goes through, you'll be redirected to a download page with all files. You'll also receive an email with the download links so you can access them later from any device.

I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder — sometimes Gmail filters new senders. If it's not there, email info@fixneza.com with the email address you used at checkout. We resend within 1 hour.

Can I download my product on multiple devices?

Yes. Once you have the download link from your email, you can use it on as many devices as you want — phone, laptop, tablet. We don't lock files to a single device.

What format are your products in?

E-books are PDFs (readable on any device). Courses use a mix of MP4 video files and PDF workbooks. Journals are printable PDFs. Calculators are XLSX spreadsheets that work in Excel or Google Sheets.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our payment partner who handles billing and tax compliance globally.

Are prices in USD? Do I pay tax/VAT?

Yes, all prices on the site are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT, or GST is automatically added at checkout based on your country — Paddle handles this for us, so you'll never have to worry about it.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our entire site runs on HTTPS encryption, and all payment data is processed through Paddle, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see, store, or have access to your card details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — we have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Read our full refund policy →

How do I request a refund?

Just send a quick email to info@fixneza.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 48 hours, and you'll see the credit on your card within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Will I lose access to the product after refunding?

Yes — once a refund is issued, your download links are deactivated. We trust you to delete any downloaded copies as part of the refund agreement.

Are your products suitable for beginners?

Most of them, yes — every product page describes the experience level it's designed for. The Risk Management Blueprint, for example, is great for new and intermediate traders. If you're unsure, email us and we'll give you a straight answer about whether it's the right fit.

Do you guarantee specific results?

No — and anyone who does is lying to you. Our products give you proven systems and frameworks, but the results you get depend on how you apply them. We're confident enough in the quality to offer a 30-day refund if you don't find it valuable.

Can I share my purchased product with others?

No. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the product yourself or for your own internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share copies with others. See our full terms →

Are products updated over time?

Yes. When we update a product (new chapters, corrections, new examples), every existing customer gets the new version automatically — for free, forever.

When are new products launching?

We launch when we're ready, not on a schedule. The Freelancer Blueprint, UI/UX Bootcamp, Goal Crusher Journal, and other products are in the pipeline. Click "Notify Me" on any coming-soon page to get an email the moment they go live (plus an early-bird discount).

Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching or consulting?

Not yet, but coaching and consulting services are on our roadmap. Email us with what kind of coaching you'd be interested in — your input directly shapes what we build next.

Within 48 hours, usually faster. We're a small team based in Tanzania, so replies come from a real person — not a bot. For urgent issues (couldn't download, refund needed), we typically respond within a few hours.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Every newsletter or promotional email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, and you're out instantly — no friction. Transactional emails (like order confirmations) will continue, since those are required.
