If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by following the process described below. We believe this is the fairest way to ensure you can confidently try our products.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Within 30 days — Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase

- Include your order details — Provide your order number, the email used at purchase, and the product name
- Reasonable use — The product must not have been redistributed, shared with others, or used in violation of our Terms and Conditions
You do not need to provide a detailed reason. A brief explanation is appreciated to help us improve, but it is not required for your refund to be approved.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these three steps:

Include your order details
Provide your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email), the product name, and the date of purchase.
Receive confirmation within 48 hours
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Approval timeframe: within 48 hours of your request
- Processing by Paddle: 1–3 business days
- Bank/card credit: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, and returned to the original payment method used at purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
While our refund policy is intentionally generous, the following exceptions apply:
After 30 Days
Refunds are not available more than 30 days after the original purchase date. We are unable to make exceptions to this rule, regardless of usage or circumstance.
Misuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases
- Evidence of redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our products

Free downloads and free resources are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was made.
6. Refunds for Services
For coaching, consulting, mentorship, group workshops, and other live or scheduled services:
- Before the first session: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
- After the first session: Refunds may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion, based on the unused portion of the service
- Missed sessions: No refund is provided for sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice
- Cancellations by Fixneza: If we cancel a session or service, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option
Specific service-based refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may differ from these general guidelines.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at info@fixneza.com. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in:
- Permanent suspension of your customer account
- Loss of access to all purchased products
- A ban from future purchases

8. Subscription Cancellations
Most of our digital products are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. However, if we offer subscription-based services or memberships in the future:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us
- Cancellations stop future billing but do not retroactively refund past charges
- You will retain access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period
